Jayme’s passion for social innovation stems from a background in nonprofit development, grassroots community engagement, and policy advocacy. Over the past five years, Jayme has conducted field research on land rights in Kenya; campaigned for socioeconomic policy in India; founded cross-cultural community initiatives in Japan; designed a national recycling program in the U.S.; and built the largest social impact community in New York City.
Jayme joined Be Social Change in 2014 to lead program development as well as design and implement the company’s revenue and growth strategy through partnerships. In her role, she works with nonprofits, program producers, companies, and brands to build community, create platforms, and design experiences that empower individuals and organizations to address our world’s biggest challenges. Her strengths include community building, strategic partnerships, event production, nonprofit development, and creative communications.
